"The Skelpit Lug Ceilidh Band not only added something special to our University Ball (22 March 2008), they made the evening. The music was second to none and they led every dance professionally, in an incredibly fun manner. Despite the fact the dance floor was small, every dance saw even the surrounding area being used as people had such a good time. The Lugs were professional and friendly from the start and I have recommended them to several other university societies for future events. They offered me a few options regarding band size and instruments, and I am totally satisfied with what we received. Definitely not a band to be overlooked."

"Please pass on a big thank you to the Skelpit Lug Ceilidh Band who played at our charity ceilidh in aid of the Bannockburn Riding for the Disabled on 29th February at Stirling's Albert Halls. What a fantastic event ! There was a really great atmosphere and the dance floor was full for every dance. We've been receiving lots of comments from people saying how much they enjoyed themselves. It's the first time we've hosted a ceilidh, but I'm sure we will be repeating this event ! Thank You !
