Friday night was a complete success (Stirling County rugby clubhouse, 27th Feb 2009). On talking to a few people on Saturday they really enjoyed themselves and mentioned that the band was probably the best band they have heard for choice and mix of music. I think the kids encouraged the adults to play a greater part in the dancing (rather than just drinking & chatting if it had been an adult only event). This brought lots of fun to the night for all. On behalf of the committee I would like to thank Skelpit Lug for helping to make the night a success. Due to the feedback, cost and first-hand experience I am sure that the band will get more opportunities to play for the club in the future. If we receive any enquiries about the band we will pass on the details for Skelpit Lug.

Just to say thank you very much to you for providing the music for my birthday Ceilidh (Beechwood Hall, Stirling 10th January 2009). Everybody seemed to enjoy themselves, and I have had many compliments passed to me about the band - hopefully they might generate more bookings for you at some time in the future!
